Roger Molina is a trusted expert in enterprise system strategy, business process improvement and change management, with over 13 years of experience.

Roger is the leader of the Analyse and Blueprint team at SMC, he specialises in simplifying complex systems, helping organisations design efficient workflows, implement the right technologies, and navigate seamless transitions.

Roger has led more than 400 projects across multiple industries including mining, utilities, oil and gas, logistics, manufacturing, and healthcare.

His passion for process improvement began with a research project published in the Reliability Engineering Journal, where he examined how leadership, motivation, and structure impact data quality. This expertise underpins his ability to deliver both technical and human-centered solutions.

Roger’s commitment extends beyond his professional work. He actively contributes to his community through Christ-Focused Church in Perth. Outside of work, he competes in obstacle course races across Australia and Asia and participates in amateur MMA. As a 2nd-degree black belt in Filipino Martial Arts, he brings resilience, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset to every project.
