Filip Dimkovski is SMC’s Queensland Regional Director and a key member of the senior leadership team. He oversees all operations of SMC’s Queensland regional office, ensuring excellence in service delivery and strategic growth.
Filip joined SMC in 2020, bringing with him over 13 years of experience from a mid-sized Australian mining and mining services ERP implementation partner. During his tenure there, he held several key roles, including Consultant, Solutions Architect, and Software Development Manager. His final role as Queensland General Manager saw him lead sales, account management, and service delivery for the region’s managed customer accounts.
Before this, Filip worked as a System Administrator for a multinational mining organisation in Africa. There, he was responsible for implementing and supporting the company’s ERP systems across multiple African sites.
Earlier in his career, Filip served as an ERP Consultant in New Zealand, where he supported and implemented ERP systems for clients across diverse industries.
Filip holds an MBA from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from the University of Otago, New Zealand.

As Director of Growth at SMC, he leads strategic growth initiatives, market expansion, and commercial partnerships across Australia and New Zealand, working closely with the leadership team to drive sustainable, scalable performance.
Rob brings a proven track record of leading high-growth businesses through go-to-market execution, operational transformation, and strategic M&A. At global fintech company Pagero (now part of Thomson Reuters), he launched and scaled the ANZ business from inception to profitability. As CEO Asia Pacific at global ERP vendor SYSPRO, he expanded the company’s footprint across Southeast Asia and built a regional team of 100+ staff. Earlier, he spent over a decade as Managing Director ANZ at IFS, turning the business from a loss-making division into a top-performing global region.
In addition to his executive leadership, Rob acts as a strategic advisor on high-impact client engagements, helping SMC’s clients navigate complex transformation and ERP programs. He is also an active angel investor and mentor, supporting early-stage technology ventures.
Rob holds a Master’s degree in Information & Communications Technology from the University of Melbourne and is a graduate of the AICD– Australian Institute of Company Directors’ program.
